We are looking for a seasoned Subcontract Administrator with over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Mining industries. Candidates should possess a strong background in evaluating proposals while mitigating commercial risks in major pipeline projects across Alberta or British Columbia. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RFP evaluations and ensure compliance with project standards

• Conduct commercial assessments including cost analysis and risk evaluation

• Collaborate with technical teams on joint evaluations

• Prepare reports and recommendations for award decisions

• Support contract negotiations and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of industry experience, preferably in Oil & Gas

• Hands-on RFP evaluation experience of at least 5 years

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and EPC contracts

• Understanding of Canadian regulations for pipeline projects

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
