Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you'll collaborate with Engineering and Safety teams to confirm the currency and accuracy of documentation, reinforcing safety and operational integrity. Your on-site presence will enhance team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation library ensuring compliance standards

• Ensure timely updates of technical publications

• Conduct regular reviews of controlled documents

• Liaise with vendors for the latest technology updates

• Provide training on document access and management
Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical services

• Minimum 2 years of experience in document management

• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory standards

• Proficient in using document management systems

• Required eligibility to work in Canada
