In this role, you will lead land activities while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards as you engage with landowners and manage project execution. With a strong emphasis on planning and coordination, you will provide guidance and support in addressing complex land issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate landowner engagement activities
• Identify and mitigate land project risks and constraints
• Manage cost estimates and vendor relationships
• Develop land strategies for project execution
• Mentor and contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of land experience in energy sector
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in land regulations and compliance
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license required
