This full-time position, reporting to the Manager of Technical Services, seeks a proactive Senior Civil Designer who excels in 3D design using Civil3D. You will provide civil design, drafting support, and mentorship to Intermediate and Junior Designers. Your collaborative efforts will help elevate the team's technical skills in a productive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D grading and drainage plans using Civil3D

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Infra Works

• Mentor and train Intermediate/Junior Designers for project success

• Communicate design standards with the Civil Design Lead

• Ensure compliance with approved design specifications

Requirements:

• EDDT diploma and 10+ years of civil design experience

• Proficient in Autodesk products and Microsoft 365

• ASET Certified Engineering Technologist or Professional Technologist designation preferred

• Valid Alberta Driver’s license

• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
