In this pivotal role, you will manage BIM and VDC initiatives, ensuring effective implementation across projects and fostering a culture of quality and accountability within your team. Your background in construction and extensive BIM experience will help bridge office and field operations, ensuring alignment on project goals and outputs. Collaboration with the BIM/VDC Operations Manager is key to integrating regional and corporate strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee BIM executions and ensure adherence to BEPs
• Facilitate BIM/VDC kickoff meetings for regional projects
• Supervise VDC personnel and drive performance management
• Ensure compliance with modeling templates and standards
• Collaborate with project managers for enhanced delivery
Requirements:
• 5+ years of progressive BIM/VDC experience
• Strong skills in Revit and Navisworks
• Effective communicator with excellent planning abilities
• Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction
• Track record of managing multiple teams and projects
