In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert for building automation systems, coordinating operations, vendors, and performance standards. Extensive experience in commissioning and familiarity with energy management programs are essential for success. Your leadership will impact CBE's long-term sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee BAS performance across all educational facilities
• Optimize HVAC and lighting systems for efficiency
• Develop and maintain BAS documentation and standards
• Guide commissioning and functional testing processes
• Utilize data analytics to enhance system operation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in BAS/BMS systems
• At least 2 years in energy management
• Knowledge of NECB and ASHRAE standards
• Proven skills in problem-solving and communication
Enhance learning environments through critical building automation initiatives at CBE.
