As M&E Coordinator, you'll focus on managing HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, and Controls for various construction projects. Working under the guidance of the Project Manager or Superintendent, you'll ensure that project operations are efficient and meet contractual obligations. Your background in controls or relevant construction experience will be instrumental in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC, Plumbing, and Controls systems in projects

• Facilitate contract administration between teams

• Support Project Manager in project oversight

• Maintain high standards in documentation and organization

• Collaborate with subcontractors for project efficiency

Requirements:

• 4th year completion of BSc in Civil Engineering or similar

• Preferred experience as Controls Technician

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Highly organized and deadline-focused

• Ability to provide transportation to project sites as needed
