Position: Building Mechanical Designer - Jacobs

In this key role, you will be at the forefront of designing mechanical systems for municipal, industrial, and institutional facilities. Your expertise will guide the successful planning and execution of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems. You’ll collaborate closely with a multi-discipline team, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft detailed plumbing and mechanical systems

• Assist in creating specifications and cost estimates

• Collaborate with design teams across disciplines

• Conduct field investigations for construction needs

• Provide support in construction administration duties
Requirements:

• 5+ years with a Technical Diploma or 7+ years with a High School Diploma

• Strong Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Familiarity with building code and standard regulations

• Self-driven with effective communication skills

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects
