Enhance facility performance as a 4th/5th Class Power Engineer with GDI Ainsworth. Drive the daily operation of essential building systems while delivering top-notch customer service.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage heating/cooling, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will act as the primary operator and troubleshooter, ensuring reliable performance and coordination of subcontractors. Excellent communication and organizational skills are key, as you will engage with clients and prioritize service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily maintenance of building systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize use of equipment
• Address service requests with professionalism
• Manage work orders for effective service delivery
• Supervise subcontractors ensuring quality service
Requirements:
• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer’s Certificate
• Working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and BAS/CMMS
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
