Senior Environmental Planner

In this permanent full-time role, you will be part of the Assessment and Permitting team, working on diverse projects across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Your responsibilities include navigating all project stages within power and energy, infrastructure, oil and gas, transportation, and mining sectors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive effective project delivery with safety and efficiency
• Collaborate on environmental assessments and permitting initiatives
• Provide regulatory expertise for varied projects
• Identify and assess environmental features and constraints
• Liaise with agencies for necessary permits and approvals
Requirements:
• Proven experience in environmental project management
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Ability to mentor junior staff and build client relations
• Proven skills in proposal development and project oversight
• Commitment to safety and quality management processes
