Shape the future of project delivery with Valard as a PMO Process Specialist in Calgary, Edmonton, or Vaughan. Contribute your expertise in process development and change management.
In this integral role, you will bring over five years of experience in project management or construction to Valard’s Project Management Office. Your focus will be on developing field-oriented processes, fostering adoption, and refining existing frameworks through stakeholder collaboration. This is an impactful builder position requiring a proactive approach to process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create templates and procedures for project lifecycle
• Establish decision frameworks and accountability matrices
• Drive stakeholder engagement for process validation
• Develop training and support materials for teams
• Contribute to the PMO’s operational and reporting needs
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years in process development or project management
• Understanding of EPC and construction delivery life cycles
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
