Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of detailed estimates for industrial projects

• Review and analyze drawings and specifications thoroughly

• Prepare quantity take-offs and pricing strategies

• Manage subcontractor solicitations and risk assessments

• Present estimate reviews to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in construction estimating roles

• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

• Familiarity with Canadian construction standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of electrical scope estimating is a plus
