Aecon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater infrastructure endeavors. This on-site position focuses on executing complex projects while collaborating closely with estimating teams, client stakeholders, and project teams. The successful candidate will be pivotal in enhancing project delivery and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from estimating to implementation

• Build and mentor high-performing project teams

• Develop project goals aligned with client expectations

• Ensure rigorous safety standards are adhered to

• Manage stakeholder relations throughout all stages

Requirements:

• 10 years of construction experience required

• Proven track record in water or heavy industrial projects

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Works

• Willingness to travel for project purposes

• Familiarity with BIM and Lean Construction Principles beneficial
