As a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage a team of project engineers and site superintendents dedicated to executing complex petrochemical projects.
Your role involves not just project oversight but also managing the business requirements associated with successful project delivery. You will drive initiatives around engineering design, procurement, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage the execution of mega projects
• Resolve project issues promptly across phases
• Review and prepare monthly project status reports
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with contractors
• Ensure proper documentation and project recording
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; an advanced degree is advantageous
• PMP, PgMP or similar qualifications required
• 15+ years in project management with petrochemical focus
• At least 7 years in a senior role managing projects
• Expertise in engineering practices and standards
