Join a leading renewable energy company in Calgary as a Civil Engineer, focusing on utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage projects. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project success and technical optimization.
This highly technical role supports the design, execution, and optimization of large-scale renewable energy projects across North America. You will be involved in early-stage development through detailed design, construction, and operations. Collaborate closely with engineering teams, construction personnel, and stakeholders to meet project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate engineering consultants for deliverables
• Support civil design for solar PV and BESS
• Conduct site analysis and perform technical evaluations
• Review material take-offs and procurement requirements
• Provide construction support with field inspections
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4-7 years in civil engineering or renewable energy
• Experience with civil site design and construction
• Knowledge of CAD software and engineering tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
