As a Portfolio Lead, you will report to the Water Market Lead for Western Canada. This full-time role requires expertise in market growth and client leadership, enhancing relationships with municipalities and utilities. You will guide growth, oversee a diverse engineering portfolio, and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with key clients as a trusted advisor

• Develop and maintain client relationships for water projects

• Oversee water and wastewater engineering project performance

• Analyze portfolio performance and adjust strategies as needed

• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methods

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Environmental or related field

• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure

• Proficient in project management and regulatory knowledge

• Experience with public-sector clients in Alberta

• P.Eng. designation in Alberta or eligible
