In this 2-year contract role, you will lead landowner engagement, land acquisition, and access activities while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures. Your collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be vital in resolving land-related issues, and you’ll serve as a subject matter expert in project settings. Ideal candidates will have significant land experience within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead landowner engagement and land acquisition efforts
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
• Manage land costs and vendor performance
• Develop strategies for complex land issues
• Contribute to process improvements within projects
Requirements:
• 6 years of land experience in energy/infrastructure
• Proven negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Canada
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Pandell database
• Valid driver’s license required
Use your land expertise and problem-solving skills to impact energy projects significantly.
