Drive success in oil and gas projects as a Project Planner, where your expertise in scheduling is vital. Collaborate with teams to support project management functions and enhance performance reporting.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience as a project planner in an EPCM setting. Your responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, assisting the Project Manager, and preparing performance reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with the project management team are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage project schedules for oil and gas projects
• Support project change management for scheduling
• Prepare detailed performance analysis and reporting
• Engage in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
• Actively monitor and report on schedule deviations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project planning experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Project
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• PSP or PMP designation is a plus
