We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong technical skills and a Bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in mechanical system design and a proven ability to manage and mentor a small team. You'll be responsible for load calculations, systems design, and maintaining adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct design and load calculations for HVAC systems

• Collaborate with junior engineers on project execution

• Review and prepare technical specifications and contract documents

• Analyze Revit models for building mechanics

• Conduct client liaison to secure new projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 10 years of relevant design experience

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Experience with building codes and standards

• Proficient communication skills in English
