Trans Mountain seeks a motivated individual with experience in scheduling or oil operations. The successful candidate will develop monthly crude oil schedules, manage inventory, and support collaboration across departments. Key skills include effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while fostering safety and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create cost-effective throughput schedules independently and within a team
• Manage nominations and coordinate requests to maximize facility throughput
• Monitor crude inventory, reviewing batch tickets and operations
• Support maintenance work with engineering and operations
• Analyze data for weekly and monthly reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related fields
• 6–10+ years in the oil industry, preferably in scheduling
• Strong understanding of logistics and pipeline hydraulics
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive workplace practices
