Shape the future of urban design as a Land Development Project Manager at Stantec in Calgary. Lead complex projects while ensuring a client-centered approach to deliver outstanding results.
This role within Stantec’s Alberta Community Development group allows you to utilize your experience in managing land development projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and project delivery while working closely with a talented team. Focus on stakeholder engagement and ensuring compliance with municipal regulations will be key to your success in this full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and stamp Subdivision Engineering drawings
• Coordinate projects from design through completion
• Liaise with clients to clarify project specifications
• Review deliverables from junior development staff
• Participate in business development and proposals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in civil engineering practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial
