Join a dynamic team as a Projects Land Representative in Calgary, AB, where you'll drive land strategy and coordination for critical operations. Engage with landowners and stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance.
As an Intermediate Land Representative, you will manage land acquisition activities and provide strategic direction on land access issues. Your interactions will span across project teams and external partners, focusing on delivering land-related solutions that meet regulatory requirements. Leveraging your comprehensive industry knowledge, you will guide your team in navigating complex land negotiations and project challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead landowner engagement and acquisition access planning
• Identify land-related project risks and constraints
• Act as the primary contact in multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare forecasts and manage land cost processes
• Develop strategies for complex land issue resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of progressive land experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Canadian energy sector regulations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools
