Langan is seeking a Site/Civil Engineer to join our Calgary office. You will report directly to the Site/Civil Lead and play a vital role in designing residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Your responsibilities will include proposal preparation, document development, and engaging with permitting bodies for approvals, utilizing software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in client service and project delivery phases

• Prepare detailed proposals alongside fee estimates

• Draft essential engineering documentation and specifications

• Develop design plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D tools

• Collaborate with permitting authorities to gain necessary approvals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• EIT designation; P. Eng. designation preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site/civil projects

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam

• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
