This role, reporting to the Climate Adaptation Solutions Director, demands expertise in multiple sectors and geographic considerations. You will guide teams while executing Arcadis’ Climate Adaptation Strategy, with emphasis on risk modeling, water management, and investment planning. Your leadership will foster knowledge-sharing and enhance project outcomes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct climate risk assessments and resilience initiatives
• Provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams
• Build long-term client relationships and market positioning
• Conduct competitor analysis to refine service offerings
• Promote continuous improvement in adaptation practices
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Over 12 years of relevant consulting experience
• Strong background in Canadian climate policy and funding
• Proven leadership capabilities in project management
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
