Position: Projects Land Representative Role
Step into a dynamic role as a Projects Land Representative based in Calgary, AB. Engage with landowners and coordinate land access for pivotal energy infrastructure projects.

This Intermediate position is tailored for a land professional ready to take charge of owner engagement and land acquisition activities while ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory standards. Reporting to the Manager of Land Operations Projects, you'll work alongside a team of Senior Land Representatives and analysts to tackle complex challenges and implement effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute landowner engagement strategies

• Address land constraints and mitigate project risks

• Act as central land contact for multidisciplinary projects

• Monitor land cost estimates and oversee third-party consultants

• Resolve complex land issues including negotiations and claims

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of progressive land experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of regulatory bodies like CER and AER

• Valid driver’s license required
