Our client is a leader in hydrogeology consulting services in Western Canada. They seek an Intermediate Hydrogeologist or Hydrogeological Engineer with over five years of experience to manage groundwater assessment projects for municipal and oilsands clients. The role requires critical thinking, excellent communication, and strong project management skills in an office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead groundwater assessment and monitoring programs
• Develop project work plans and cost estimates
• Project manage to meet deadlines and budget
• Prepare reports and proposals for clients
• Engage in technical meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree and 5+ years of consulting experience
• Professional designation with APEGA and/or EGBC
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of groundwater legislation in Western Canada
• Prior field experience is mandatory
