Position: Security Estimator for Large-Scale Projects
Convergint is hiring a full-time Security Solutions Estimator who will focus on programmatic customers and large-scale RFPs. This role demands strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.

Successful candidates will bridge the experience gap between junior estimators and expert design professionals, taking ownership of estimating responsibilities for complex scopes. You will leverage your problem-solving capabilities to achieve accurate estimations and drive project success within sectors such as utilities and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for varied projects

• Collaborate with multiple teams for cohesive project delivery

• Assess project documentation for feasibility and risks

• Evaluate project scopes and identify improvement opportunities

• Stay updated on safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in project management or security systems estimation

• Experience with large-scale RFPs and greenfield initiatives

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical documents

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to obtain security clearances if required
