WSP is looking for an experienced Water Quality Modeller to join our Prairies and North team. Within this intermediate-level role, candidates will use their modelling expertise to evaluate impacts on aquatic systems, contributing to large-scale mining projects. You will engage in technical innovations while mentoring junior modellers for continuous team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply advanced modelling methodologies

• Analyze aquatic data for comprehensive assessments

• Collaborate with experts for environmental evaluations

• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations

• Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:

• Degree in relevant scientific or engineering discipline

• 4 years of water quality modelling experience

• Proficiency in relevant modelling software

• Understanding of mining environmental regulations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
