Join INVIRO as an Electrical Design Engineer and be part of a team dedicated to innovative engineering in Calgary's ICI sector. This full-time role allows for professional growth while solving unique challenges.
At INVIRO, you'll implement electrical designs for a variety of projects while utilizing tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. Your responsibilities will include preparing layouts for lighting and electrical distribution and ensuring compliance with Canadian standards. This is an opportunity to work closely with clients and contractors, providing valuable expertise in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design electrical systems and prepare detailed drawings
• Collaborate with project stakeholders during meetings
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
• Develop technical reports and documentation
• Review shop drawings for project compliance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation needed
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in fire alarms and emergency power systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
