Join HOCS Projects as a Lead Controls Engineer to drive technical excellence in instrumentation and controls design. This role demands leadership, mentorship, and commitment to quality.
As a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, you will manage I&C engineering resources and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will guide junior engineers while collaborating across various engineering disciplines to deliver successful project outcomes. Experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical authority on I&C deliverables
• Lead full lifecycle of instrumentation projects
• Review and approve schematic and instrumentation designs
• Support proposal preparation and project scope definition
• Mentor junior engineers to elevate overall discipline skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• P.Eng credential and eligibility for Engineer of Record
• 12+ years in instrumentation and controls engineering
• Strong knowledge of system integration and control technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering tools
