EIT Civil Engineer

Position: EIT Civil Engineer Opportunity
Join Axispoint Engineering in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area as a Civil Engineer/EIT. This full-time role offers exposure to rewarding municipal projects and essential engineering tasks.

In this position, you will assist in the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across various projects. Work closely with seasoned professionals on tasks including roadway design, drainage, and earthworks. This role is suited for motivated individuals keen to learn and contribute to infrastructure development while enhancing their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create civil engineering designs and specifications

• Develop construction packages and cost estimates

• Carry out field reviews and project documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project tasks

• Assist in feasibility studies and engineering assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• Registered or eligible for EIT/P.Eng. with APEGA

• 2–8 years relevant experience preferred

• Knowledge of site servicing and utilities is beneficial

• Experience with construction support and field coordination
