As a Water Resources Engineer with Barr, you will harness over a decade of expertise to manage complex hydraulic assessments effectively. This role involves working closely with clients and various agencies, guiding engineering teams, and producing high-quality technical documentation. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring projects meet set milestones and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hydraulic design and hydrologic studies across projects
• Develop and review technical reports and specifications
• Assist in project coordination and task management
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold QA/QC processes
• Analyze flood control measures and stormwater management systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering
• 10+ years of experience specialized in water resources
• Leadership experience in project environments
• P. Eng. registration or eligibility for APEGA
• Proficiency in hydraulic modeling tools
