Join WSP as a Senior Hydrogeologist based in Calgary, where you will address complex engineering challenges in hydrogeology. This role blends leadership with technical expertise in sustainable project delivery.
As a Senior Hydrogeologist, your role will be vital within the Water Management team, taking the lead on hydrogeology components of various projects. You will collaborate with engineers and specialists, providing guidance to ensure successful project outcomes while enhancing WSP's offerings across Alberta and Western Canada. Your experience in client relationships will drive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead physical hydrogeology aspects of major projects

• Mentor and develop junior hydrogeology professionals

• Collaborate with diverse teams for project execution

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Build and strengthen client partnerships for growth
Requirements:

• Relevant degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Hydrogeology)

• 20+ years of related experience, particularly in oil and gas

• Professional registration in Alberta

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proven track record in environmental impact assessments
