We are seeking a motivated Operations Engineer In Training (EIT) to work closely with our Production Engineering and Field Operations teams at HWN Energy Ltd. in Alberta. You will gain hands-on experience, monitor daily production from Montney and Dunvegan assets, and engage in troubleshooting and optimization projects. This is a unique opportunity to develop essential technical skills under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production performance and identify anomalies

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and well downtime

• Conduct data analytics projects for real-time monitoring

• Support well reviews and facility optimization strategies

• Participate in capital improvement projects and MOC documentation

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of engineering experience, including internships

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering

• Registered or eligible for EIT with APEGA

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Willingness to travel to field sites regularly
