Position: Experienced Project Scheduler – Vista Projects
Drive engineering efficiency as an Experienced Project Scheduler at Vista Projects. You will manage complex schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders, deploying your planning skills to manage a range of engineering projects. Your ability to analyze risks, establish schedules, and track project performance is crucial. Expect to provide insights that enhance both project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop EPC schedules ensuring critical path accuracy

• Facilitate planning meetings with project and engineering teams

• Analyze schedule performance and provide variance reports

• Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning

• Mentor junior schedulers and provide tactical support

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering or business

• Advanced capability in Primavera P6

• Minimum 8 years of planning experience

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
