Position: Calgary Lead Building Operator Role
Shape real estate futures with JLL as a Lead Building Operator in Calgary. This full-time position focuses on the operational integrity and upkeep of vital building systems.

As the Lead Building Operator, you will manage a team and coordinate vendors while ensuring safety and compliance. Daily tasks include inspections of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Utilization of the Siemens Desigo Building Automation System (BAS) and the Corrigo CMMS will be essential for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operational guidance and performance management

• Perform regular inspections and assessments of building conditions

• Develop preventive maintenance and manage work orders

• Resolve technical issues with minimal disruption

• Maintain compliance with safety laws and vendor codes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of building operations or similar experience

• Valid 4th Class Power Engineer certification needed

• Proficient in Siemens Desigo and CMMS software

• Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills

• Ability to obtain a Transportation Security Clearance
