Industrialization Director for Aerospace Operations

As the Industrialization Director, you will spearhead initiatives to design and construct facilities that enhance De Havilland's aerospace manufacturing capabilities. You will ensure that both facility designs and production processes work seamlessly together, supporting lean and efficient operations. Your leadership will be vital in creating a world-class aerospace manufacturing campus in Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and construction of manufacturing sites

• Validate layouts for aerospace production and assembly

• Coordinate utilities and infrastructure to enhance production

• Manage the commissioning of new aerospace facilities

• Specify technologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

• 15+ years in aerospace manufacturing or project management

• Proven history of leading large scale projects

• In-depth knowledge of aerostructure fabrication

• Outstanding leadership and communication skills

• Engineering or related degree with advanced certifications preferred
