Acero Engineering Inc. is seeking a motivated Intermediate Process Engineer with over 7 years of experience in oil and gas facilities. You will utilize your skills in process simulations and equipment sizing while engaging in independent communication on technical matters. This role also entails designing small projects, preparing process datasheets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform process simulations using Aspen HYSYS and in-house tools

• Proficiently size gas processing and PSV systems

• Write independent process documentation and reports

• Prepare datasheets for equipment and instrumentation

• Develop PFDs and P&IDs, understanding all components

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical or Process Engineering

• Professional Engineering registration in Alberta

• Minimum 7 years of relevant EPCM experience

• Proficient in HYSYS software

• Strong analytical and communication skills
