Junior Civil Engineer EIT

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer EIT to join our full-time team at PHASOR Engineering. You will work closely within the Civil Group, honing your abilities in structural design and compliance with Canadian standards.

Your role involves mentoring younger engineers while managing multiple projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside a project team of engineers

• Design steel and concrete structures accurately

• Implement site preparation and construct retaining walls

• Apply STAAD-Pro for structural engineering tasks

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant engineering experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• Capable of independent and collaborative work
