Calgary's Project Manager

Position: Calgary's Project Manager at AltaLink
Alta Link is hiring a Project Manager in Calgary to lead environmental and customer-focused projects. Manage project development ensuring compliance and effective communication with key stakeholders.

In this full-time position, you will work with various customers and regulatory bodies, coordinating internal and external teams. Your responsibilities will include delivering project documentation, managing costs, and addressing customer needs to enhance service delivery while ensuring compliance with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from concept through AUC permitting

• Define requirements and manage project scope and budget

• Lead communication with AESO and stakeholders

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans

• Manage external consultants in design and engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• 4+ years of project management experience

• Customer service mentality with proactive engagement

• Strong negotiation and diplomatic skills

• Willingness to travel for on-site requirements
