We are looking for a Commercial Mechanical Estimator to prepare precise cost estimates for HVAC and plumbing systems in large-scale projects.
Your role will cover bids for projects ranging from $1M to $15M+.
As a member of our team, you'll leverage your 3–5+ years of experience in ICI systems and advanced estimating software. This opportunity allows you to analyze project documents and collaborate with engineers to develop competitive proposals while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute digital take-offs for all mechanical systems
• Generate cost estimates for all project elements
• Identify potential risks through comprehensive blueprint analysis
• Manage vendor quotes and ensure competitive pricing
• Explore value engineering options to enhance project savings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• A minimum of 3–5+ years in mechanical estimation
• High proficiency with industry-specific estimating software
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical codes and standards
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
