Calgary Intermediate Process Engineer Position

HOCS Projects seeks experienced Intermediate Process Engineers to enhance their Calgary team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of applied experience and will play a crucial role in developing essential engineering artifacts such as PFDs and process simulation models, ensuring an alignment with best practices and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and other process documentation
• Execute equipment sizing, hydraulic calculations, and designs
• Construct and sustain effective process simulation models
• Oversee all phases of engineering projects from start to finish
• Work with teams to troubleshoot issues and refine processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
• Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
• APEGA registration or eligibility (P.Eng for senior)
• Strong competence in process simulation and design methodologies
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
