Position: Senior Manager, Powerplant Engineering with WestJet
Drive engine maintenance excellence at West Jet as Senior Manager, Powerplant Engineering. Collaborate daily to optimize operational strategies and manage a high-performing team.

In this role, you will oversee maintenance programs for West Jet's fleet engines, including CFM
56 and GEnx, in a dynamic in-person environment. Your leadership will be crucial for managing lifecycle strategies and aligning technical performance with financial objectives while supporting West Jet's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze lifecycle management strategies from acquisition to retirement

• Build and lead a high-performing team in power plant engineering

• Improve MRO investment strategies for performance restorations

• Establish fleet maintenance standards and specifications

• Manage relationships with MRO providers and leasing entities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in engine program management

• At least 3 years in a leadership role

• Expertise with components like PW150 and LEAP

• Skilled in technical data analysis for cost reduction
