Position: Civil Engineer EIT Hybrid Opportunity
Phasor Engineering is hiring a Civil Engineer EIT for a full-time hybrid role in Calgary. Contribute to structural design projects and provide mentorship in a team-oriented environment.

In this position, you will harness your civil engineering knowledge in diverse projects that include structural, earthworks, and foundational tasks. Working with experienced professionals in Canada’s engineering sector, you’ll apply codes and standards and manage project timelines effectively. Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee small to medium design projects autonomously

• Implement structural design using relevant software tools

• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide feedback

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through meetings

• Adhere to safety principles in all design work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering mandatory

• Two years relevant civil/structural engineering experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
