Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the maintenance expert for FACTS and HVDC systems

• Deliver on-site customer support and technical troubleshooting

• Collaborate effectively with project managers for issue resolution

• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members

• Identify business leads during customer engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required

• At least 5 years’ experience in substations and electrification

• Deep knowledge of electrical safety protocols

• Experience with HV equipment and computer control systems

• Must be willing to travel extensively
