In this role, you will establish and maintain project schedules, supporting the engineering and construction phases of complex projects. Collaborating with discipline leads and stakeholders in real-time, you’ll streamline project timelines and optimize resources. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will ensure on-time project delivery and effective communication throughout team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish project schedules and update regularly
• Lead planning sessions for proactive project management
• Manage staffing plans using resource loading methods
• Adjust schedules based on scope changes and monitor impacts
• Develop essential project documentation for reporting
Requirements:
• 4-10 years of experience in engineering and construction planning
• Expertise in Primavera P6 & MS Project
• An engineering background is beneficial
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
