Experienced Avionics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to support a modern aircraft fleet with an 8 days on, 6 days off rotation. The successful candidate will be crucial in conducting avionics installations and repairs while ensuring compliance with CARs and internal standards. Mentoring junior engineers will also be a key responsibility in a supportive and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct avionics maintenance and ensure return to service
• Inspect and troubleshoot avionics systems for certification
• Manage equipment changes and avionics installations
• Maintain technical records and configuration control
• Mentor apprentices and junior team members
Requirements:
• AME License Category E or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of CARs and technical diagrams
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Eligible for Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
