As a Mechanical Engineer in Training at Lauren, you will leverage 2+ years of engineering experience primarily in pipeline and oil & gas facility design. This role emphasizes hands-on involvement with engineering outputs such as P&IDs and equipment datasheets, pivotal for your technical growth in a multidisciplinary EPCM environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the design of facility mechanical and pipeline systems
• Conduct engineering analyses including hydraulics and stress evaluations
• Develop schematics and coordinate engineering drawings
• Support vendor documentation checks and scopes of work
• Contribute to both new and existing project developments
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
• Practical knowledge of pipeline and facility engineering
• Familiarity with engineering standards such as ASME
• Experience using design software like Solid Works
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and EIT registration preferred
