Engineering Manager for Data Centers

As a DCN Project Engineering Manager, you'll oversee all mechanical and structural aspects of engineering for critical data center facilities. With a minimum of 10 years’ experience in structural and mechanical design, you're responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring quality, and meeting client expectations. Your expertise will drive efficient project execution from design to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-disciplinary engineering activities and team dynamics
• Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation
• Monitor compliance with engineering standards and QHSE practices
• Conduct regular engineering meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure all documentation meets Engineering Management System requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
• Full Professional Engineering License (P.Eng) required
• 10 years of structural and mechanical design experience
• Proven experience in managing engineering teams
• Familiarity with CAD and BIM software
