To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of experience in planning and scheduling, specifically in minerals and metals. You will create and maintain project schedules, lead planning sessions with discipline leads and vendors, and manage scope changes.
Your role will require strong communication skills to liaise with clients and prepare documentation related to project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project schedules across all stages of execution
• Lead Interactive Planning Sessions with relevant stakeholders
• Implement effective resource and staffing plans
• Analyze and report scope changes and delays
• Support the continuous improvement of project management frameworks
Requirements:
• Minimum 10-15 years in planning and scheduling
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Engineering degree preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members
